As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I am trained to develop nutrition plans based on evidenced based research. I will work with you to find foods that help you feel your best.

I’m sure you have tried many different plans but they didn’t work. The reason they didn’t work is because it was not a personalized plan for YOU. I am committed to helping you reach your goals without fad diets or gimmicks. We will develop a plan together that works for your lifestyle.

Weight Management/Nutrition Coaching

I will work with you to come up with a personalized plan that will help you lose weight. If you are tired of diets that don’t work, let me help. We will develop a plan together that will teach you how to eat foods that will help you achieve your weight loss goals. If you are motivated to make lifestyle changes to help you lose weight, let’s get started.

Medical Nutrition Therapy

I will work with you to come up with a personalized plan that can help you chose foods that help you manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and renal disease. Learning how to use foods to manage disease can be complicating, but I will teach you in a way that will make it easy for you. If you are ready to start feeling better and have more confidence on how foods affect your health, let’s get started.

Speaking Engagements/Corporate Wellness

I have a many nutrition and health topics that I can provide to your group in a variety of settings including health fairs, lunch and learns, group class, etc. If you need a speaker for your group, I can help.

Many appointments can be offered through a virtual platform. 

 You can learn how to eat healthy and improve your diet without having to leave your house. I can meet with you virtually through a secure platform. This allows you to have more flexibility in your schedule and is perfect for those that have a busy schedule. If you are ready to reach your nutrition goals but don’t have time to come to an office for a meeting, let’s schedule a virtual appointment.

Below describes the appointments and packages I offer. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is a “getting to know you” session. In order for me to help you develop a personalized plan, I will need to get some information from you during that appointment. It is important to fill out the intake forms before the appointment so that we can spend our time discussing where you are currently at in your nutrition journey.

We will spend the appointment doing the following:

Reviewing intake forms-medical health history, nutrition history, etc.
Assessing anthropometrics (if necessary)
Reviewing labs (if available)
Discussing current food intake, schedule, food allergies/intolerance
Goal setting to start your nutrition plan

Initial consultation (60 minutes)
$150-insurance rate
$100-prompt pay at time of service

Follow-up Consultation

The follow-up consultation will allow us to evaluate your nutrition plan established at the initial consultation. We will discuss any obstacles and come up with a plan.

We will spend the appointment doing the following:

Assessing anthropometrics (if necessary)
Reviewing labs (if available)
Reviewing current food intake
Readjusting nutrition plan as needed

Follow-up consultation (30 minutes)
$75-insurance
$50 prompt pay at time of service

 

Packages

Many times it takes more than one appointment to meet your nutrition goals. I offer packages to help you meet your nutrition goals at a more affordable price. Most packages must be booked at the initial consultation.

Packages: (Prompt pay only)

1 initial consultation + 2 follow-up consultations (120 minutes total)-$175

1 initial consultation + 4 follow-up consultations (360 minutes)-$270

2 Follow-up appointments (60 minutes total)-$85

12 Week Weight Loss Coaching Program

This program includes:

  • Three coaching sessions/classes
  • 12 modules full of information that give you support and guidance to help you establish healthy habits
  • Meal and recipe ideas that help make meal planning easy
  • Weekly check-ins with the weight loss coach.
  • Unlimited email support
  • Access to an app that has your meal  and snack ideas and a place to record food intake so that your weight loss coach can review as needed. The app helps keep you accountable and on target to reaching your goals.
  • Weekly action plans to keep you on track
